Plan Mode

Snorbe’s Plan Mode is a feature that lets you create and review a “research blueprint” before starting your investigation. Instead of immediately launching into research, AI first presents a plan for you to review and modify before execution.

What is Plan Mode?

In a nutshell, Plan Mode is “a feature that lets you see the research blueprint first.” Normally, when you request research from AI, it begins execution immediately. However, for complex research or topics you’re tackling for the first time, you may feel uncertain about whether the research direction is correct. With Plan Mode, AI first presents a plan outlining “what steps will be taken to conduct the research.” You can review this plan and provide modifications if needed. By proceeding only when you’re satisfied, you reduce the risk of later realizing “the direction was wrong” and having to start over.

Standard Mode

Enter a topic and research begins immediately. Review the results after they’re complete.

Plan Mode

Enter a topic and see a research plan first. Review and modify the plan, then execute.

How to Use

1. Enable Plan Mode

In the chat interface, turn on the “Plan” switch near the input field. Once enabled, AI will present a plan before executing any research.

2. Enter Your Research Topic

Enter your research topic or question as you normally would. For example:
“I need an overview of next-generation battery market trends, organized by application, region, and key players.”

3. Review the Plan

AI will present a research plan. For example:
  1. Define next-generation batteries (lithium-ion, solid-state, sodium-ion, etc.)
  2. Research market size and forecasts by application (EV, energy storage, mobile devices)
  3. Research market share by region (Japan, US, Europe, China)
  4. Analyze key players (CATL, LG, Panasonic, etc.)
  5. Compile results in a matrix format

4. Modify the Plan (If Needed)

If you want to add perspectives to the plan, simply mention it in the chat:
“Please also include the impact of regulations.” “Focus deeply on the China market; other regions only need an overview.”
AI will modify the plan according to your instructions.

5. Execute According to the Plan

Once you’re satisfied with the plan, say “Proceed with this plan.” AI will execute the research according to the plan and compile the results.
