Dashboard

The dashboard lets you check your workspace’s activity in numbers, manage uploaded files, and issue API keys. Open it from the “Dashboard” link in the sidebar.

Analytics

Get a numerical overview of your workspace’s research activity.

Workspace Stats

See the total number of entities, relationships, research sessions, and sources in your workspace at a glance.

Category Distribution

A bar chart showing how information in your knowledge graph is distributed across categories.

ROT (Return on Token) Metrics

The analytics page displays ROT metrics as three cards, visualizing research efficiency relative to token consumption.
  • Token Reuse Rate: How much past research results are being reused
  • Reduced Effort: Estimated person-days saved through AI-powered research
  • Automation Efficiency: Efficiency of scheduled and skill-based executions

Credit Usage

See how many credits you have used by model over a specified time period. Useful for optimizing your model selection.

Private Source Management

View and manage the files and URLs you have uploaded. Click any row to expand its details:
  • File type and size
  • Last updated time
  • Whether the source is ready to be searched (shown by icon)
  • Whether it has been referenced in chat (shown by badge)
You can preview file contents without downloading — supports PDF, images, CSV, Markdown, and more.

Folder Management

Organize your uploaded files into folders.
  • Create, Rename & Delete Folders: Create folders and categorize your files
  • Drag & Drop: Move files between folders with drag and drop
  • Cascade Delete: Deleting a folder also deletes all files inside it
  • Inline File Renaming: Click a file name to rename it in place

API Key Management

Issue and manage API keys for accessing Snorbe from external systems.
Store your API key in a safe place. It cannot be shown again after the initial display.
