Two Usage Methods
There are two ways to upload files. Choose the method that best suits your needs.Temporary Attachment: For Current Conversation Only
This method allows you to attach files directly from the chat interface. Uploaded files are only referenced within that specific conversation thread. Once the conversation ends, the file reference also ends. This is ideal when you have materials you want to use only for your current research.Permanent Save: Accumulate in Knowledge Base
This method saves files to your knowledge base. A knowledge base is like your personal information library. Once saved, files can be searched and referenced at any time. This is ideal when you want to use the same materials repeatedly in the future.Decision Criteria
You may be unsure which method to choose. Use the following table as a guide.| Usage Method | Best For | Not Recommended For |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary Attachment | One-time research, exploratory analysis | Ongoing projects, team sharing |
| Permanent Save | Regular reference, use across multiple projects | Disposable materials |
